Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if you contact me BEFORE I purchase the shipping label, however, there will be a $2.00 cancellation fee.
How long does shipping take?
We are pretty quick to get our orders processed and on their way to you. We ship daily unless there is a health issue or issues out of our control. We cannot guarantee the time it will take to get to you; this is especially true for international orders. We ask for your patience, as we have absolutely no control over what happens after we hand orders over to our shipping partners.
What if I'm dissatisfied with my order?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate you! If you find an order doesn't meet your expectations, please, please, PLEASE message us privately prior to leaving a poor review.
